‘+ notes’ Receipt error!

Hi,

I have a problem when I enter information into ‘+ notes’ (which allows 400 characters of information from the App).

 

If I enter more than 137 characters, when I send the receipt to the customer, they only get the first 137 characters and the rest of the information is cut-off. 

 

Anyone know how to get around this?

Sorry to hear you're running into these issues with your receipts!

 

I'm sure you're already across this, but it's worth noting the character limit includes spaces and punctuation. If you've factored this in and are noticing the notes section is still being cut off, we'd be happy to take a closer look.

Firstly, have you tested this by sending yourself a digital receipt to confirm the behaviour is consistent across multiple devices?  If not, are you able to do this and then take a screenshot showing the notes section of the receipt and include this in your reply?

 

Be sure to exclude any personal information from the screenshot.
