Ticket's are not saving

I am a pre-order business so I always enter tickets into my system and then retrieve them when customers pick up their order. I have not been able to do that for three days now. I've added tickets, saved them, had the ticket order print with no problem, but when I go in there, there is no ticket saved. I had an online order last week which automatically saved in the tickets screen, but when they came to pick up (paid online), I could not retrieve the ticket to mark it as "picked up". Its actually flashing on the screen like its TRYING to show me the ticket. 
Went into my square online on my computer to see if I could see the tickets there, but no. There's the online order, which I marked "picked up" and an old order that i cannot seem to be able to delete (it was accidental), but none of the tickets I entered this week are there. They are not voided or comped. I'm the ONLY person here. Anyone else having this issue?

Also to add - I have made sure that the app is fully updated, and I restarted my iPad. Nothing has changed.

I'm also having this issue, trying to get our POS system ready for our grand opening next week and this POS system is absolute garbage so far. If they don't fix this in a matter of a couple days I'm going to be forced to switch services

Hang in there - Square is actually really good. I'm going to be calling today. If I get a fix, I'll let you know

Ok, so I got mine fixed - I had to uninstall and reinstall the app. I don't know if something happened with the latest software update, but as soon as I reinstalled and logged in, everything was back to where it should have been. My manual tickets weren't there, but they were probably just not being saved. My online tickets were back and I ran a couple of test tickets manually and they are saving as they should. Maybe try that and best of luck to you on your Grand Opening!!!
