How do I get full access to my POS again?

One of my sales associates signed in for the first time today with their information. When she went to sign out, it said that there was something wrong with the app. When I tried to sign out and sign in using owner access, it's keeping me at the same permission level that she is at. How do I get back to having full access so I can do inventory and print labels. Thanks!

Hi @punctuatestyle - I see this is your first post in the Square Community so I'd like to officially welcome you! 🎉👏

 

Let's start by making sure you're signed out of the Square app, vs logged out. In the app, you'll go to More and then scroll down until you see "sign out". You may need to enter your passcode.

Then, sign in again (you may need to enter your passcode again). Once signed in successfully, you should see yourself as "logged in". As the account owner, you will automatically have full access, and your access cannot be "downgraded". So as long as you're signed in appropriately, you'll have full access.
