This pops up continuously on my iPhone "Turn on bluetooth to allow Square to connect to accessories"

I have an iphone 6 plus that just started popping up this message everytime I get on it. "Turn on bluetooth to allow "Square" to connect to accesories"   I dont have any square readers that even use bluetooth and i don't want bluetooth on to save my battery life. I only use the free square reader that plugs into the headphone jack.  I tried turning off Square notifications but I still get this message. Please help, its driving me nuts!!!

So it was happening a lot.  So....

1. I deleted the app.

2. I restarted by holding the power button and home button until it restarted.

3. I re installed app.

4. I had to go turn on the WiFi and Bluetooth and then turn it off again.

So far, it only did it once eight away, but not since.

Starting with iOS 13.xx, there is now another switch that must be turned on, besides just having BT enabled. Under Settings/Privacy/Bluetooth you need to click the box next to Square. That should fix it.
