The email of my customer does not match what square shows

I have noticed a lot lately that when a new customer purchases some of my product the receipt prompt shows their email and phone number choices, but in many cases the email or phone number is not even close to theirs. They are concerned why their credit card is associated with someone else. Is there an explanation for this scenario? Dave Kocchi
