Tax settings are not working.

I've set up the taxes for online and in store, all items re showing as VAT.

When I look at the checkout online it does not display VAT and when I run a test transaction through it shows as no VAT.

 

Any help available?

Thanks for sending that on @sarahscellar! I can see that this item is available for both pick-up and shipping. Depending on what the customer selects, the tax will appear at different junctions:

- For pickup order, the tax will be calculated immediately

- For shipping order, customers will need to confirm their shipping information before the tax breakdown is shown

Hi @sarahscellar, thanks for reaching out! If you are not seeing tax on your test transactions, there are a few things we can check:

- Make sure that taxes have been enabled within your Square Dashboard under Items > Sale taxes

- Make sure that taxes have been applied to all items, including the test items

- Check that taxes have been fully setup on the Square Online site

If you have ran through all these steps and the item is still not displaying tax, would you mind sending me a link to the item you are testing? I can definitely have a look here on my end.
