It is going on two weeks and I am still having issues with my site. How close to being resolved is it? Or is anyone even working on it honestly? I don’t understand how a company of this size cannot find someone competent enough to resolve this issue by now.
I keep getting the run around via emails on how it’s been escalated to the engineering department yet no resolve.

My sales page is not working correctly. When customers enter their payment info and hit submit it gives a message of invalid card try again later. This has been tried with several cards on several devices and different browsers with the same message. I called into square several times and no one can fix it which is baffling to me.
i just keep getting told its a system bug and that the engineering department is working on it.

I am so sorry this has taken so long to be resolved. I have just reached out to the product team and engineers again to see if there is an update. I will say, there are several eyes on this bug and they are working diligently ro resolve it.

I completely understand your frustration. I am keeping engineers accountable to resolve this as it is important your website be able to accept payments. I will continue making it a priority to keep you updated on this.
@qvkitchens That is very frustrating! Hopefully @Summer2024 is able to have the bug prioritized so you can begin taking payments again and not miss the opportunity for a sale.
