Staff Blocking Holiday in Shifts?

Does anyone know how Staff can input days they are not available? 

For example during school holidays some staff are not available on certain days but it seems days in future weeks can not be block so I don't put shifts up and then have to waste time rearranging

Great question - Team Members can request time off directly from the Team App for any unpublished rosters. 

Can I ask whether you are currently subscribed to Team Plus? 

When subscribed to Team Plus, once a team member requests time off, you’ll receive an email notification, as well as a notification in your online Square Dashboard. From here, you can approve or decline the request, and the team member will receive an alert letting them know your decision.
