We're sorry to see you go! If you need any assistance with your Square account, we're here to help. If you decide to go ahead with the closure of your account, I recommend going over our checklist for deactivating a Square account.
Otherwise, Square hardware is not tied to a specific Square account, meaning that another business can use the Terminal. I would suggest performing a factory reset beforehand though. You'll find the steps in this support article.
