@Suzanm That sound a bit strange! We didn't hear other reports of this issue on Friday but I'm sorry it disrupted your day.
If you deleted and reinstalled the app you will have to sign in again. It sounds like you might have tapped Sign Up instead of Sign In. If you can go back a step you should see the option to Sign In and from there you can enter your email address and password. (Not sure what your password ist? You can reset your password if you need to.)
