My company makes heavy use of the Square ecosystem. We are well into 7 figures in Square for Retail processing. Recently we ran into a curious (and CRITICAL!) bug in the square invoicing system and the response from square has been abysmal.
Square has since acknowledged the issue and told me it will be resolved in the next update. No one can tell me why it happened, if it is a one off, if past orders have been affected. I can hardly think of a more critical issue. Bug-Report/Rant over - back to looking at all of my invoices to make sure they actually got paid.
