On our main ipad we have updated a particular square item grid. When we log-in to the square account on other ipads it only shows the old item grid...consistently across 3 ipads. Why isn't it updating for all ipads?
figured it out...went back to main ipad and did a complete reboot and then items showed up in other devices. Duh!

You could also Log out then back in on the other points of sale that did not show the updated Grid.
Samething when you add a New Item at one POS, it may not show up on the others right away, this process also works for that.
Also thank you for posting what solved your issue so others know how to fix it if they encounter the same issue.
