Square has been very bad with missing tickets (tickets did not print out for the new orders)
Then 20+ tickets printed out at once and all the pick up time was 15 minutes --> delay from our end --> customers arrive for pick up and orders were not ready all at once --> created an unnecessary crowd and which makes it look very bad during pandemic.
Times to times, they just missed out on tickets also. This happens very often for us unfortunately.

What kind of hardware or devices are you using? Do you have a strong internet or data connection connected to those devices?
Are there any common items or timeframes for the delayed tickets?

I need help with this at my restaurant as well and I cannot find a good phone number to call.

You can obtain your customer code by going here. Make sure you're signed in on the top right first and then select > More > I Don't See My Issue. It'll show our phone number and your customer code needed to call there.
Our phone hours are Monday-Friday 6am-6pm PST.
