Hello Square Community / Staff,
On our website, we are experiencing a little bit of a bug. We have enabled additional payment gateways, one of them being Cash on Delivery.
Here's what's up:
- Square for WooCommerce - Active
- Square Connected - Successful
- Square Processing - Functional
Here's what's not up:
- Cash Upon Delivery - Active - Not visible on checkout - Square is the only remaining gateway
- Bank Transfer - Active - Not visible on checkout - Square is the only remaining gateway
- Any alternative method of payment will not display.
Here's what was tried to alleviate display:
- Installed plugin: WooCommerce Disable Payment Methods based on cart conditions
- Included some conditions for Square to be enabled and disabled:
- Enable Square @ Cart Total >= $3000
- Disable Square @ Cart Total <= $3000
The result:
- Nothing shows up despite the cart total being under or over $3000
- Square remains dominant and only payment gateway at checkout
This would be fine in our own unique situation if:
- If we could enable ACH / Bank Transfer through Square itself without a fee through the plugin as an option

Desired result:
Square shows up without inhibiting the display of other payment gateways or overpowering the rulesets that are made by the plugin WooCommerce Disable Payment Methods based on cart conditions.
