Customers getting POST Error

Hi,

 

My customers keep getting the below error message when trying to purchase on my weebly site.

 

Charge attempted for £38.00, but failed. The payment processor supplied the following message: "Client error: `POST https://connect.squareup.com/v2/locations/K652XDF79GYMB/transactions` resulted in a `402 Payment Required` response: {"errors":[{"category":"PAYMENT_METHOD_ERROR","code":"CARD_DECLINED","detail":"Card declined.","field":"tenders[0]"}]}"

 

Can anyone help please?

Hi @Suzanne65, sorry to hear you are getting this error! From the post, it looks like the payment is being declined. I'd recommend the customer contacting their bank in this case for more information and to check that the details entered are correct.
