Square app started crashing after update to ios27

Hello Square Support,

After updating my iPhone to iOS 27, the Square app started crashing immediately after launch. The app opens for a second and then closes unexpectedly every time.

I have already tried restarting my phone and reinstalling the app, but the issue persists.

Could you please help investigate this problem and let me know if there is a compatibility issue with iOS 27 or if there is a recommended fix?

I’m not sure if you’ve gotten it figured out yet, but turn your phone into airplane mode. Launch the app and then turn it off. So far it’s worked for me
