I tried taking a payment over the phone on the same mobile device my customer is calling me on - It did not allow me and kept showing a message saying "Payment Interrupted. Tap to Pay is unavailable when phone is in use. Please try again."
This has never been a problem before. I had to have the customer on hold and used a different device from my phone call to charge her instead and it was fine. I then tried to do a payment on my phone when I'm not on a call (which worked fine), but the moment I'm on a phone call it will not allow me to take payment. Can someone tell me what's going on?
