Square Register closes each time we make a sale

Hi! This came out of no where. Every time we make a sale, square keeps crashing. It turns black and the square logo pops up. I’m assuming this is resetting or crashing, not sure what you would call it.

your best bet to troubleshoot the Square Register would be to call Square Customer support.

Depending on your specific account, you might not have phone support available, or you might have limited hours of support. If your account doesn't have phone support, Email is the only way to communicate so that there is proper documentation of the conversations.
