We use the square restaurant pos, and all of a sudden we can’t enter the tips on any of our transactions. Everything else works, and I’ve tried refreshing the app, restarting the iPad, making sure everything is up to date. The only thing different we’ve done is updating the app last night.
Has anyone come across this issue?
@skn7520 Square is indicating here that there is some sort of degraded performance in Square for Restaurants. However, there are currently no more details. Have you tried contacting customer success to see if they have any more details. You can do so here.
