We are running Square POS on iPad (release 5.56.1). Frequently the app is freezing on the receipt screen. Normally you would press print, e-mail, text, etc. and go onto the loyalty screen. In this case the screen freezes and you cannot press any of the buttons. It's happening frequently in two different iPads. We tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the app and get the same problem.
Has anyone had this problem and know of a fix?

Could be a bug, but you'll need to call CS to confirm. Is the iOS on both iPads up to date?

It looks like the latest version of iOS and iPadOS is 14.4 - did you check if your iPads are in need of updates?

We have been having the same issue on both of our ipads. IOS has been updated and Square POS app is updated too. Issue still persists.
