Square Online orders now display "active" and "scheduled" but not both on mobile

Square Online orders now display "active" and "scheduled" but not both on mobile. This is a recent change to the interface of Orders lists. Previously, you could sort by "active", "upcoming", "online" and "completed". Now it is only "active", "scheduled" and "closed". And on mobile device, the active orders do not show all orders, so there is no way to sort for all orders, and see a complete list of upcoming orders. This forces us to switch back and forth from "active" to "scheduled" in order to check upcoming orders. We simply need a sort view of the list the shows all orders. 

 

Note, "active" orders are created when the customer places an order and takes the next available time slot provided. "scheduled" orders are created when the customer edits the pick up time and selects a different time that the next available time slot in the system.

I've promptly tested this on my own Square Point of Sale app, and I'm not observing the behavior you've described. On my end, I still have the option to filter under 'Active', 'Arrived', 'Upcoming', and 'Completed' through the app. Could you please let me know which version of the app you're currently using? I'm on version 6.44, and version 6.45 will be available on my device in the coming days, which could potentially change things.

Has anyone else noticed this week that the scheduled orders are now displaying in the Active tab and not in the Scheduled tab - We have scheduled (out a week to 2 weeks from today) showing in Active, instead of Scheduled. I have reported this issue to Square support, but was curious if anyone else is encountering this too?
