The map that appears on my scheduling is wrong. My address is correct and I've already emailed Google about it. When searched on Google, the map is correct. But the map on my page is way off on location.

I'm sorry to hear that your map location still isn't correct @JoaquinJonathan! I've asked our Appointments team to investigate this for you - they'll email you as soon as possible.
Our engineering team did recently fix the issue that was causing some maps to display an incorrect location. If anyone else is still experiencing this issue go ahead and give us a call so an Appoitments specialist can check and update your map.

Got it fixed by re-saving address, then removing map, publishing, then adding map back in and publishing again.

I'm having PRECISELY the same issue as described from these other members. I moved almost 3 months ago and updated my address. I double-checked everywhere I can to make sure the address is correct, yet the map has not updated. Please help! I've now had 5 clients misdirected to my old address.. clearly they saw the map but didn't read everything, but still this is a fixable problem.

Frida, you gave no instruction on how to reach this "appointments team", the hyperlink only leads to general information, there's no phone number to be found, all my efforts lead back to more listings of queries like mine or to texting with a robot that can't seem to understand my problem. Please tell me specifically how to reach the team you instructed me to try; whether by trouble ticket, phone, email, or anything!

You need to scroll down to the area that indicates Square Customer success> phone> then more instructions are provided.
Please keep in mind, you need to be logged into your account when doing this.

No, the map is still showing my house instead of my workplace. I changed the address everywhere and I wrote to the help center twice and nobody answered my e-mails
