The map that appears on my scheduling is wrong. My address is correct and I've already emailed Google about it. When searched on Google, the map is correct. But the map on my page is way off on location.

I'm sorry to hear that your map location still isn't correct @JoaquinJonathan! I've asked our Appointments team to investigate this for you - they'll email you as soon as possible.
Our engineering team did recently fix the issue that was causing some maps to display an incorrect location. If anyone else is still experiencing this issue go ahead and give us a call so an Appoitments specialist can check and update your map.

If you haven't already, your best bet is to get in touch with us directly, so that a member of our Appointments team can dig in with you. When you have a moment, please reach out directly by logging into your Square account and heading here.
Got it fixed by re-saving address, then removing map, publishing, then adding map back in and publishing again.
@amberdavis324 Have you tried updating your location from the Receipt section of your online Square Dashboard? The steps to update your address from that section of the app are in this thread.
Or are you using the Reserve with Google integration with Square Appointments and that's where your location isn't correct? With a bit more information I can take a closer look!
I have screenshots, but don't see a way to upload them. My address is correct in both of those areas. However, when you go to my booking page, the address is right, but the map is wrong.

Thanks for your reply @amberdavis324. I escalated this to an Appointments specialist and they manually updated your address. Can you take a look today and let me know if it's showing the right location now?
The Appointments team is also investigating why it didn't update automatically after you made the changes. Thanks for flagging this!

Iโm having the same exact issue. Iโve reported the issue several times on the map โiโ and so have serveral of my customers but still no change 1 month later.

Hi helen, My map location is also incorrect. I beleive this is a widespread bug! Please help.

Good morning Helen, I just got off the phone with one of your colleagues to report this same issue with where Square shows the location of our store (Copper Barrel Provisions) on the map. Unfortunately, despite the fact I told him this is a known issue and asked him to escalate the issue to an Appointments specialist -his response was that he's escalated it to the Engineering team and we'll just have to wait until they can investigate the issue. We would truly appreciate anything you may be able to do to get this resolved ASAP. We have literally hundreds of people who need to book appointments. Thanks in advance George
