Square Appointments Assistant isn't understanding the texts it receives from me.

I'm testing out the Square Appointments Assistant. As a test, I created an appointment for myself, received a text notification of my upcoming appointment for tomorrow, and typed "Confirm" in iPhone Messages. After several minutes, and trying various different messages to the Assistant, I received nothing back on my iPhone suggesting that the Assistant was actually doing anything, nor did my Appointment ever get confirmed. I do have a link I can click to confirm the Appointment, but that seems to miss the point.

If you're running into an issue with the Square Appointments Assistant, you'll need to get in touch directly so that a member of our Appointments team can dig in with you to pinpoint the root cause. Then, if they determine there is an issue, they will be able to file a ticket so that our engineers can look into the issue.
