Suddenly I can no longer type the cc numbers into the field for manual entry in taking orders on the phone. I used to type them in and now it won't let me? The box just won't take any entry. Here is a pic of the screen. I have restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, and changed password. Not sure what else I can do? Is this happening to anyone else? I ended up having to write down numbers and enter it later in computer, NOT IDEAL.

Our engineers have addressed this disruption, and the fix is available by updating your Point of Sale application to version 6.72.

This is a known issue that is affecting a small number of Sellers. Our team is actively investigating it, and we hope a solution is available soon.
In the meantime, I can recommend sending your customers a Payment Link, this will allow them to complete the transaction. You can find more information on our Payment Links Guide.

To update your Square application, you must visit the Google Play Store if you have an Android device or the Apple App Store if you have an iPhone or iPad.
