Why are my entered tickets not showing up in the ticket screen?

I'm a preorder business, so when people call in an order or preorder at my store, I enter it as a ticket and save it to retreive when the customer picks up. It was working great until last week. I had tickets to retrieve and they were all gone. Even my online order which wasn't marked "completed" was kind of blinking in there like it WANTED to show it to me, but it wasn't showing up for me to open it if that makes sense. I updated the app, I restarted the iPad and tried again. Same thing. I even went online on my computer into my online square and the tickets aren't showing up there either. The online order was there and I was able to mark it complete, and there's another order in there I can't get rid of (that's a separate issue), but the new tickets I had created last week are all gone, like they never existed. I am the only one who uses the system, I have not voided or comped anything, its just like they don't exist. Anyone else having ticket problems like this?

I haven't come across another seller with this issue recently, but it sounds like you've tried all of the troubleshooting steps I would have suggested.
