Shipping weight

I have set 2 shipping rates under fulfilment, one for under 2kg and one for 2-5kg. I have input the weights for every item, but have today had an order weighing 3.2kg go through at the under 2kg shipping rate…

I’ve double and triple checked and I can’t figure out where I’m going wrong 😑

Seems odd, have you tried putting an order of such a weight through yourself? have you also checked that your backup weight is set at the correct price?
