Hello I have a Lenovo Chromebook 330 and purchased a compatible Star STAR 100III (TSP 143IIIU) printer. The printer is recognized by Chromebook and I can print pages from the web browser. In Square when I add the printer it does not find any printer. I purchased this printer because it was said to be compatible. The drawer is attached to the printer and also not found.
Is there a way to add the printer and drawer to the Chromebook???

The printer and cash drawer are compatible with the Square App - which needs to be hooked up to a compatible device. The issue here is the Chromebook. Since it's not our normal devices for the App to be set up on, and most people use a regular computer printer for receipts, I would need to defer you to Star Micronics for troubleshooting options on this.
It may be as simple as installing some firmware on the printer, or update the drivers on the printer, but they would be the ones to help you troubleshoot this issue further. https://www.starmicronics.com/pages/ContactUs
