We have just set up our till to put 10% service charge on all bills.
However, when customers want to split the bill, the full service charge goes on each split portion.
For example, £100 split in two should be two payments of £50 each with a service charge of £5.
However, it is putting £10 service charge on each £50 payment.
How can I change this?

I think it must be more of a bug than something you can change.
In the short term it might be worth setting a 5% charge on there too to deal with the situation for now.

I did some testing with a 10% service charge applied on a £100 split bill and got £5 on each £50 split, so we need to check why that's not happening in your case.
