Hi everyone

I have had a square register since Feb this year.

I have 1 physical shop and now want to sell online. 

Somehow when I first started my square account I had 2 locations one being the shop and 1 I thought was online. But when I checked the second location. It doesn't seem like an online website because it had opening hours.

So I have deactivated the 2nd locations and just have the shop one now.

I just made a sale my shop and everything seems OK.

Was this the right thing to do?

Hi @Karen80 ,

Welcome to the forum and Square. 

You will only need one location for your online orders to appear in you physical store sales.

If they are seperate business's and you want to track them seperatley i would create a second location.
