Senders for e-mail receipts

Hi Square!

 

When my customers are getting e-mailed receipts it says the sender is "The & Proline"

 

Is there any way that this can be modified? I don't see any option in the "receipts" tab.

Thank you for reaching out about this. That is typically tied to your business name or your sender profile information in your account settings. Do we have permission to take a closer look at your account to see where that needs to be adjusted?
