Send invoices directly from POS

Can we send invoices directly from the POS. We currently go to the dashboard to send invoices but would like to know if we can do this directly from the POS.

Ive sent them from the pos many times yes

Which Square product do you use. We are on Square for Restaurants.

I actually like to create invoices from the dashboard, but there are times creating an invoice from the pos is useful.  

make sure invoice is turned on 

on your pos

in dashboard

go to settings

go to device management

go to MODES

click on point of sale settings

     Right hand side of screen menu

under settings click on Retail manage

   edit multiple devices - continue

under checkout

go to payment (choosing payment options available)

  make sure invoices is under main payment type

   if not click on three dots to the right and choose move to main payment type

go to pos

create sales ticket 

go to Charge

   payment screen scroll till you find invoice

click invoice and then fill in necessary info client name, when due etc.
