Suggestion: when selling an E-Giftcard from the POS App, after selecting the amount, the app asks for “your e-mail address”. It’s confusing as to whether it’s the buyers e-mail address or the recipient’s e-mail address that should be entered. I believe the gift card goes to whichever email address is entered there so I think it should say “enter recipient’s e-mail address”.
@makestudio I think the reason it doesn’t say that, is many people may not know the recipients email at the time of the transaction. Our customers will sometimes prong the gift card(if we don’t have physical ones in stock) and put it in a card for the recipient or forward the email to the recipient later when they have that info.
