SSL Not Configuring

Sunday, 4/30, I noticed my website was no longer secure. I contacted tech support on chat, and they said my IP address had changed. They gave me the new IP address and I made changes at GoDaddy to the DNS. I contacted tech support on chat again after 72 hours because the SSL still had not been configured. They told me sometimes it takes longer than 48 hours, just be patient. It is now over a week, and the SSL still says... SSL certificate is being configured. Check back later. 

 

Can you help me with this?

After my 4th attempt with tech support on chat the tech was able to fix this. It was set up correctly on my part but it was not updating.

So I just went to your website and everything does now seem to be up and running and secured on my end as well as running it through an SSL checker.  I'm not really sure why it took so long, but things do happen.
