We have a photographic business selling print and digital images online. We use a company called MorePhotos https://morephotos.com/ for our specialist shopping cart.
We are getting multiple transactions fail. We have asked MorePhotos for help but they are unsure what action to take.
Square have indicated that we should do something with the SCA settings but not being developers we are worried about completely messing things up.
Has anyone else had this issue, any advice would be very welcome ?

It sounds like the declines may be due to Strong Customer Authentication (SCA). For context, the deadline for SCA to be implemented was the 14th of March. We have a great article which goes through what SCA is and what it means for our Square sellers, which you can find here.
Square has finished rolling this out. It's up to other third-party companies to update their integration to ensure SCA is accepted. If you have reached out to MorePhotos and they believe the issue is on Square's side, the best thing is to contact our Support team directly with all of the relevant information, and our team can escalate this to the Partnership team directly.
Something to also bear in mind is some declines may be being caused by customers not realising they need to authorise the payment and the session timing out, causing the payment to decline altogether.
