Setting up shipping regions

I'm trying to set up three shipping regions, UK, EU and ROW.

 

UK is done but the "help" says press the "add region" button........but unless I'm being really thick, there isn't one. Any suggestions.....? 🙂

Hey @soldiernwobhm, congrats on your first post in the Seller Community! We're delighted to have you 🥳

 

You should definitely be able to add multiple shipping regions to your Square account. To do so, please try the following:

 

  1. Go to your Square Online Overview page.
  2. Click on Fulfillment > Shipping.
  3. From there, click on Add shipping profile. 
  4. Enter all the relevant information for this shipping profile, such as the name and countries, and the rate. It should look like the screenshot below.

  6. Click Save. 

Once that is done, the other shipping profiles should be listed on the fulfillment page on your Square Online Dashboard.

That all made sense and seems to work, thank you. Just a shame that Square can't sort their sh*t out and update their incorrect "help".

Hello again Skyler,

 

So now I'm trying to get the accepting payment side set up and I keep getting an "invalid address" error message!

 

The postal address is real and the email address is the same one as I used to open the Weebly account.

 

Once again the "automated help" is useless as it just sends me round the same loop until I get the same error message...........very annoying.

 

Any help greatly accepted 🙂

Hello Skyler,

 

The address is www.soldiernwobhm.com 

 

I have added card details to the Square site but now keep getting "Account Error. Please enable credit card processing for your location in your Square account."

 

The address/location is the one associated with the card.

Hi @soldiernwobhm, just stepping in for Skyler. 

 

It looks like card processing is not yet enabled on your Square account, this usually means that there is not a linked and verified bank account set up. 

 

I'll leave the steps on how to add your bank account here, from there it will take 4 business days to verify. Once that's complete you will receive an email confirmation from us and card processing will be enabled.
