I did a customer refund for $500, but bank account only shows $387 being deducted from checking account. Sure wish I could speak to a human being about this!

Hi @jameskocmoud. You can speak with a human being about this. Just call Square Support during their regular phone hours of 6am - 6pm Pacific Daylight Time. You’ll have to navigate a menu of options like you do on every other phone support call, but a human being will pick up and help you resolve this. Bookmark this link for quick reference the next time you need to contact them.
