Printing from the Dashboard (right board?)

Trying to print from the dashboard to our receipt printer and the online screen preview shows the receipt wanting to print horizontally instead of vertically. I tried a different computer and logged in to print a regular 8.5x11 sheet of paper and it's all messed up there as well.

 

No settings have been changed. All is good and where it should be. Seems to be an issue from Squareup's Dashboard and we need our receipts for our work orders. Is there an issue from Squareup's end not noted here as of yet?

@TJ2 Hmm, to be clear, you're trying to print from a laser printer yes? is there a portrait mode under More Settings

We are having the same issue - nothing has changed on our end - I print the same transfer report and payment receipts from the dashboard every morning to do my reconciliation. This morning the 81/2 x 11 print out is landscape instead of portrait and there is no option to change it. I have logged in using Chrome, IE and Edge and each browser is doing the same thing. Every other website I print from is printing in the usual manner AND has the option to change the page orientation. I have tested each browser on every printer in the office including Microsoft Print to PDF. This has to be a Square issue.

I am printing from a star micronics thermal receipt printer. Now, even when I switch printers (inkjet) (different computer but still on Squareup's Dashboard) to a regular 8.5x11 sheet of paper I am getting the same printing issues. All settings are correct. Changing them does not change the disaster you see up on the screen  above.

 

Still having this issue this morning coming into work. Thanks in advance for the help!!

 

Just so we are clear the issue is from the Squareup's Dashboard. Everything else prints just fine from other websites, attachments from emails, Word, etc. The issue here is getting our receipts to print out so we can have our work orders for the jeweller.

Thanks for the added details @TJ2Yikes, and thanks for adding to this thread @JPMFS. It helps us  determine how many Sellers are impacted by the same issue. I reached out to our Team to investigate further and received word that it's been escalated to our Engineers to pinpoint what's going on. A fix is coming as soon as the root cause is identified.

 

In the meantime, you can can take a screenshot of the report or page in the orientation you want, then print that as an image. 

 

I'll be back when I have an update.
