My customers are having a hard time changing the pickup date. I’ve tested it and I cannot as well.

I own a bakery and we get a lot of online orders, but I noticed recently that orders are down and we get a lot of calls saying our square system isn’t working right.  Once they select their items and go to check out. The system automatically say you can pickup you items at the first available time (which is annoying ) it should just have options to choose.

 This confuses customers.  Then you get to the next screen and it gives you an option to pickup “later” then it glitches and goes back to the checkout screen.  It never allows you to change the date, only

check out using the first available pickup date.  I’m using an apple phone and it Happens to me too.  But the system does work on a computer (most ppl place orders on their phone). I am going to have to switch systems if this isn’t fixed, can someone please shed some light on this?  Is their something I can do to correct this?
