In settings, I have default prep time set to be immediate for my square online pickup. All items use the default (of immediate).
But ONE item says “This item has a prep time of 72 hrs. It may change when your order is available.”
I tried leaving it as “use location default”, I changed it to immediate, 5 minutes, etc. on the item’s page and it won’t change the item on the site. It continues to say it has a prep time of 72 hours. So if someone purchases that item, it pushes the pickup date back 3 days.
Is there somewhere else I can change this that I’m missing? I’ve looked everywhere and it’s driving me nuts. I’d delete and add it back but there are 60 variations, with inventory for each for two locations and photos etc. It’ll take me forever to add back.
