I'm a hairstylist and sometimes the check out screen will require the client choosing a percentage for a tip and a signature. Other times, it only shows the blue tip boxes. It's super awkward to hand them my phone and it looks like I am expecting a gratuity, which I'm not (although it's nice of course!). I've searched all the help sections and can't figure out how to do this. Thanks!
@MKohl26 A quick setting change should have the desired effect. From your POS, go into More -> Settings -> Checkout -> Signature and receipt.
It sounds like Collect signatures is already toggled on, as is Sign on device. Scroll down and you’ll see the option to either require signatures for purchases over $25 of for all purchases. Select purchases of any amount.
That should fix your issue!
