Possible to take orders for barista without charging $ to customer?
Hello - I am doing an event where we are being paid a flat fee and then just serving customers what ever they order without charging them. Is it possible to use Square Stand to just make order tickets for the barista w/o having a charge?
You could create an event menu group that mirrors your menu but everything is priced at $0. Or for a really quick fix that doesn't require pos layout mods you could ring everything as cash and then just void out the cash deposit EoN.
Unfortunately there is currently no dedicated Training Mode to launch the POS in, which would be the idealest way to handle this. That is a feature request that has been asked for in the past but has yet to be rolled out.
