Our transactions are showing approved when accepting cash and cards however it's not showing up on the dashboard or on the device used! Anyone else having this issue?

We experienced an issue over the weekend that briefly affected the display of some reports, including transactions and account balances. Hey @TheStand70. There was an outage yesterday that was causing reporting to be delayed. Also, that outage was affecting reporting of our account balances for some sellers. However, it was resolved and all of your transactions and funds should be reporting correctly now.
FYI, here is a link to the Square Status Page (issquareup.com). The outage was reported there as were status updates and resolution. This is a handy link to bookmark for reference.
Hi, we are having the same issue. We have two transactions (credit card) that were approved through our register that are not showing up in our transactions or reports. This makes us nervous since there is no record of these sales going through other than the receipt we printed out at the time of the sale. Customer service is closed and cannot reach anyone.

Our product team is aware of the delay when processing transactions and that it is also affecting the reports and posting of the fund in the balance. Rest assured, our team is investigating this in order to determine the reason for the issue and working towards a solution.
I know how important it is to make sure that the payments will be posted; if, when processing the transaction, you reach the confirmation that it was successful, it means that it will be posted in your reports once we have resolved the disruption. However, we also recommend capturing the email's customer to send the digital receipt to your customers.

Yes, once the confirmation page is reached out when processing the payment, that means that the payment was completed, so funds will be added to your balance once the issue is resolved.

I just got off the phone with support. Yes there is a very recent outage going on. Transfers are unavailable right now. And transactions are delayed getting posted to our accounts. Weirdly, the transactions ARE processing and our balances are increasing as they should. This issue seems to be in being able to see individual transactions. That part is delayed for some reason.
I truly hope this is the case for me too!
Square put out a notice about the disruption we are all experiencing. Should we stop taking payments for the time being? Will missing payments be recovered?
Hey @thecatscloset1. I just got off the phone with support. They assure me our transactions are safe, and that this is just a reporting issue in being able to see them. That tracks with what I’m seeing — my balance IS increasing with each sale. But I just can’t view transactions right now. They assure me this is just a delay thing and the the transactions will eventually show up.
Thank you so much for the update! How did you get through to them by phone? I thought their phone support was only Monday through Friday

Our balance isn't increasing and hasn't since about 1:15.

I am accepting cards and cash and nothing is showing on my reports or transactions list. It worked last week. Cards say they went through. Any ideas? I've logged out of all devices, closed the app, deleted the app, nothing.

What is going on with the square up credit card processing app?????? The app says the transaction occurred, but it is not listed in my transaction detail. I have many different problems through the whole process. I get weird error messages. The transaction says it was approved then goes back to the charge phase. No transaction in my list. Sometimes it won’t get to the charge phase - keeps reverting back to the amount screen. How do I resolve the 5 approved transaction not listed in my transaction list?????
After all this & not receiving my money for 3 days 2 weeks ago, I have ZERO confidence in this product/company.

I recently had a transaction and it is not showing in my sales and transaction history. Crazy part is I saw on the customer screen, it asking her how would she like her receipt . It has be 30 minutes and still not showing . please help
