Hello everyone, does square app not allow you to collect payment if client's email is not saved?

To best answer your question, could you confirm which method you're using to collect the payment? It sounds like you may be referring to manual entry, such as when the card isn't present for the transaction or taking a payment over the phone.
If so, here's all the information you'll need for a manual payment:
- The complete card number
- Expiration date
- Security code/CVV
- The billing postal code
