I had a customer make 2 separate $100 payments. When I checked later only 1 $100 transaction is showing up. I called square and they said that the second transaction was cancelled. I did not cancel it. I am now out this payment and have no way of recovering my funds, or recovering my product. What do I do? Is this happening to anyone else? Square said maybe it was because I was on a data connection, but isn't that the whole point of this service? Also I thought they had an offline payment mode too.
