Hi all, can anyone advise how to lodge a formal complaint regarding my partner account manager who is simply not responding to me anymore?
@SteveAgi_c51 I am assuming that the person you are referring to is the primary account owner on your square account? If that is the case, there is not much you can do except open up a new square account. Unless you have legal documentation are a corporation llc etc, square is very hesitant to change anything with regards to the account owner.
