Previous owner still gets emails of the Drawer being closed out

The ownership was transferred two years ago yet the previous owner still gets updates on when we close a drawer out... I can't find his email anywhere in the system.

As I see this  is your first post welcome to the sellers community forum.

 

To see the owners email address look on you Computer on a web page Square Dashboard, sign in then look at account Settings.

Here is a Link to where the Email address is associated with the Square account.  https://squareup.com/dashboard/account 

 

If the previous owners email is not there but is the Business email, you may have to look in the settings associated with that email address.  The previous owner may have setup an email forwarding rule.  So any email with XYZ in the subject gets forwarded to the previous owner for example.
