POS software update.

Does the new software for the POS not let the screen go into sleep mode anymore? it just dims.

Hello @mallardlake and thanks for your question. I believe this is occurring since a recent update. Several users have experienced this in other posts. Hopefully there will be a technical solution in the near future. Until then some users have powered down their POS in their off-hours when not in use.
