Owner Name showing up under item

Something happened yesterday that had an employee basically assign the ipad to the square account. I'm unclear. We use it only for credit cards and it also made them choose a starting cash balance.

Now when ringing up items (we are not scanning) the owner name shows up under the item as a description.

ie:

Dog Food
Owner Name

is the line item. I've done some searches but can't seem to find where to stop that. Any hints appreciated.

Some screen shots or pictures would help identify the issue easier.

Off the top of my head the first step I would take is go to your item library and either check there, or export the catalog and in google sheets or excel search for his name and see if its in the descriptions of items.
