Has anyone else experienced item quantities on open tickets changing when the ticket is saved? This started three days ago. When I save items to a ticket the total is correct. The next time I open the ticket all or most of the quantities will be reduced back to one. In some cases the tickets have reduced by as much as $4000.00. Because it is somewhat random it would be easy to overlook smaller amounts. This is a major issue.

I have been calling square support twice a day since the issue was first noticed. It has been over a week and there has been zero communication from the support team. They just tell me to check back later.
